But, this place is so classy and so nice and so good. Today I was checking accounts and discovered that they had charged me for 13 swims when it should be only 12. (They had warned me that there was a glitch in the system and I might want to keep an eye on it.) So I sent an email to the woman who signed me up and asked who I could contact about the extra session.
I sent the email at 4 today. Saturday. It is now 7:30 on Saturday and I just got the nicest note from the woman who is in charge of the swim schedule and billing. She confirmed the extra charge and offered a refund or did I just want to apply it to the next swim I scheduled?
Maybe LA Fitness, might be my backup pool.
