The CEO of Boeing was fired this morning. I feel like he's at home right now breathing a sigh of relief. What a mess.

I am not a vegetable person or a salad person but last week I bought some romaine lettuce. Then the news says to toss out any lettuce from sonoma, california. You guessed it. I am no risking e-coli especially with vegetables!

Last night I was thinking I could use another day or two of no swimming. But this morning, I woke up at 4:30 and wanted to go so I did. The very minute I hit the water, I knew it was the right decision.

I'm still concerned about swimming in a chlorine pool tomorrow. My lung doctor thinks it's not the chlorine that causes my problems but the chemical mix. And every pool is different. So I'm worried and looking forward to trying it. If it causes no issues, then yeah! I have a viable backup pool. The last time I had the problem my breathing was only broken for a couple of days so at least I know.

It's worth a try.

Today I have one errand that requires my leaving the house and taking the car and, while I'm out, I think I'll pick up a nice bagel sandwich for lunch.

Otherwise, it will be knitting. I may also be a new collar for Biggie. His is getting a little sad. I have the collar making down to a science and use the leftovers from the swimsuits I have made so they are easy to replace.

I happened on a new series on Amazon Prime last night. It's an Australian lawyer series called Crownies and I enjoyed the first episode a lot. There's only one season but at least there's one.

The giant package of random cat toys included a cat tunnel that has two dangly bits attached. So far, it has been a huge hit. I keep it hidden and pull it out for only short periods of time in hopes they will continue to find it a thrill each time.
