1. I am out of shape. 2. I am fat. 3. I am old. I suspect that it's 50% 1, 25% each 2 and 3. I don't use my legs/center enough when I swim plus, honestly, I just float and flap my arms. Clearly not enough to stay in shape.
My back is the real problem. Not true. It's my lazy ass that's the real problem. Arugh. When my company comes at the end of the month, I'm not going to have enough stamina to keep up with them.
So, from now until I'm 70 (22 days), I will walk every day even if it is only around the block. No cheating. No excuses. When I'm 70, I can be as lazy as I want.
On the up side, I have poke for lunch plus yums for dinner and lunch tomorrow.
