I think I'm going to wait until about 9:30/9:45 and then go. That will make me done, showered and dressed by about 11 when Papa Murphy's opens and I can pick up a pizza for dinner. 2 birds. Plus no traffic.
I finally figured out that the real joy in early morning swims is that when I'm done and home again, I still have the whole day in front of me for whatever... uninterrupted whatever. Even now that I'm retired and I have all the time in the world, time is still such a luxury.
Today I slept the extra time away. I'm ok with that once in a while.
I paid off all the bills from my brother's visit. We spent so much (in restaurants mainly) that my cash back reward was $48! Also a profound luxury. And such fun.
When I installed the light in the cat bed, I was a little afraid that it might discourage Zoey from using it. Nope. It's now her go to spot, and that tickles me. And the light makes it so easy to see that she's in there and what she's up to.
I'd really like to get the miniature room finished today. I want to do some sewing and I already have too many projects started and not finished. So today the room. Then, maybe, tomorrow... sewing.
Also I need to pop up to the metro office to fix a broken bus card and then... three blocks after that, I need to check out the new 85c Bakery. They have been doing a soft opening (fewer hours) and tomorrow is their grand opening. I assume the lines will be long but, hey, worth a look.
