Every other day??

Yesterday, I heard of someone's recovery being on point every other day. So good progress one day and not so good the next but good again the day after. I thought that was weird until today. Yesterday I was feeling really good and today I'm back to out of breath without even trying. I wonder if I have every-other-day-itis.

My first 30 minutes of swim was not good. I'd go 50 yards and stop to pant. Lather, rinse repeat. I was getting bummed. And then it just kind of gradually got better until I could do 500 yards without stopping. I swam longer than usual and ended up doing 2000 yards total so I'm actually fine by that and encouraged.

But, still. I am really growing weary of this whole thing. And it's starting to kind of piss me off.

On the up side, I'm wearing that denim shirt I finished yesterday and I love it. I do need to make one tweak. The pockets need a stopper. Stuff falls out. Easy fix.
