He was not specific but I was able to garner, during our phone conversation, that he is the district manager. He apologized for the poor communications of the gym staff. He acknowledged by emails and kind of implied they prompted him to get 'the pool company in there this weekend to fix it'. I'm not sure I buy that little bit but I did appreciate his calling and his understanding that being fed crap by the folks in charge was as much as issue as the pool being broken.
So I'm feeling far more confident in my being able to actually swim in my old pool first thing in the morning.
Oh and I edited my Yelp review and gave them back the star I took when the pool went down.
