There's a great guy who has sold Real Change (homeless newspaper) on this one corner for years and years. Long ago he gave me a start by connecting me to my 'cute little green car'. He was there this morning and got me again. "Susan! I haven't seen you in a long time! I was getting worried but you look fine and dandy this morning!" I think his name is John but I honestly don't know and sure didn't know he knew my name! Wild.
I have one foot that is wonky. It get tendenitus quickly from wearing some shoes (which I no longer wear). Monday morning I woke up with a bad cramp in that foot. And it gets some better and then some worse. It finally dawned on me this morning that it might be the Crocs I started wearing when the weather got warmer. Doh. They are different than my winter Crocs. There is one style of Skeecher walkers which always makes my feet feel better (happily, the minute I realized this, I ordered 3 more pair and they promptly took them out of production!). I put on the Skeechers to walk to the post office and my foot feels 100% better already! lesson learned.
I just got an email from a Google beta program I signed up for and never did anything about. They are giving me 3 months of free NY Times. OK! I'll take that. I love reading the NY Times but I'm too cheap to pay for it. This is perfect.
The house cleaner is cleaning away. I'm going to go make a doll.
