Tuesday

I am listening to The Man Who Wasn't There while I swim. It's is not at all what I thought it was but it is fascinating none the less. I go through phases of swim listening. Some days I'm just up for music and some days it's podcasts and now it's books. As much as I love to swim, I think I'd never last the hour without ear entertainment.

I tackled part of the living room project yesterday. It's the one that was the least appealing so I wanted to get it out of the way. It was not quite as bad as I thought it would be. And it was fun to find stuff that I'd 'lost'.

Just to the right of this are 4 drawers that need going through as well but that won't be nearly as big a deal, especially now that I have everything organized.

After some email swapping, Misfit has decided that my Shine is, as I reported, dead. They are sending me a new one. But it will, hopefully, be a backup as I plan to get the new Speedo Shine today at the Apple Store. I have enjoyed my Apple store visits. I bought the first iPad on the first day, I bought a laptop briefcase there once and I went with someone (I forget who) while they bought some Apple something. I would probably be more tempted to acquire Apple products if I didn't hate hate hate iTunes so much. But, the store and the store staff have always been a pleasant experience. I hope today's the same.

Depending on which Apple store I go to (which is dependent on which one has inventory), I'm pretty sure I'll be combining my trip with some walking. These days are bringing wonderful walking weather. I've been slacking off my 20 minutes a day because of heat. That excuse is no longer valid so I need to get back in the saddle.

I have an hour to kill before it makes sense to leave for the pool.
