Other foot! as in shoe being on...

I love shopping. Well, no, I love buying stuff. I'm not fond of wandering around in stores but I do love ferreting out stuff I want online and snapping it up. Since I live in the U.S. this is easy peasy and often economical for me.

My friends in other countries often talk about not having the selection of stuff and great prices like I do. My friends in New Zealand spend a fortune when they hit our borders but also, assure me, they are saving a giant bundle.

I want a Aukey Qualcomm Quick Quick Charge 2.0 10000mAh External Battery Charger which is not available for sale in the U.S. It is in England and in France and likely other places but not in the U.S. I tried to buy it through Amazon.UK but they won't ship it to the U.S.

It's a little thing but it does nicely and tidily remind me to grateful for all the resources at my finger tips. I can easily live without the charger. I'll just consider it a lesson.

Anita is here cooking away. I am going to miss the little side features. 'I have too much sirloin cut in thin strips. Want me to just package it up in single servings, like for stirfry, and leave it in the freezer'? Yes, please!

EDIT LATER: A reader of this journal - Patrick volunteered his services! He lives in London and offered to buy the charger and send it to me as a gift!! I brokered a deal so that I ordered it and had it sent to him and he'll send it on to me. Win win win!! I'm so delighted.
