Oh Comcast... you just wore me down...

I finally gave up.  My brother helped me nail down the issue.  Which turned out to be annoying but not really fatal.  We agreed the next step was to call Comcast.  So I did.

Because the calls kept dropping off whenever they transferred me, I ended up spending more than 2 hours explaining and re-explaining and listening to the world's worst hold music.  I gave out my Comcast CV - telephone number, address, name, last 4 of my social - a total of 10 times in the 2 hours.

When I finally got to the people who can help, I could not hear the person on the other end of the phone (way too much noise) and she obviously couldn't hear me since she did not come close to grasping my issue.  So I hung up.

The ComcastCares lady on Google Plus had contacted me a week or so ago when I was bitching about waiting for the TV fixers.  So I sent her a plea for help.  And now I'm going to fold laundry and find lunch.

+Comcastcares I need your help, please.  I tried chat and I've literally spent more than 2 hours on the phone today just trying to get to the technical level of help I need.  When I finally got there, the call quality was so bad, I could not make myself understood to the person who answered and she assured me there was no one else I could call.  Here's my issue:

I am totally unable to access 2 different websites.  The two websites are:

I cannot get them via browser or ping.  I've tried 3 different computers (two different operating systems) and 3 different browsers. I've tried wired and I've tried wireless. I've rebooted my modem and my router numerous times and the Comcast folks checked them out and say they are fine.  I have no other issues with any other websites.

The websites themselves are fine. I can get them without issue, if I bypass the Comcast network and, via my phone, use the Verizon network.

It looks, for all the world, as if Comcast is blocking this set of IP addresses (  That may not be the case but whatever the problem, I need to get it fixed.

Can you get me to help, please???
