I want to wax poetic and effusively about my massage. I want to wallow out loud in how wonderful it was.  I want to record with the maximum amount of amazing adjectives how great I now feel.  I do NOT want to not get another one next month.

I really don't like the process.  Although most of it went really well this time.  And I really don't like the massage itself - it hurt!  Lots!! She went deep and on me that's excavating!  But, man, there is no greater feeling than the feeling I had when she quit!!  And now, I feel like freakin gumby!  I can stand up, bend at the waist and literally touch my toes.  I am pretty sure the last time I did that, most people were betting there would never be a black president.

I am now dutifully drinking my gallons of water.  And I vow to stick to my moving every hour and/or half hour and I will absolutely do the massage thing again next month.  I sooooo do not hurt anywhere!!!  Wow.

And I saw a lot of old chums at the gym!!  It was like old home week. I gave up my membership when I found swimming and haven't really been in there for a little more than 2 years.   I am so glad I don't have to go back there to exercise but it was fun to see folks.  And one old old old guy, Bob, when I was there last had fallen in his home and couldn't walk, much less get back to the gym.  He had had a brain bleed and was pretty much done for.  His trainer was working with him at home but it sounded like he wasn't long for this world. Today he was standing at the door in his gym clothes when I got there!!!

Very cool.
