Home! Let the feet healing begin..

My feet and legs hurt so badly this morning that by the time I boarded the plane, I had decided to skip the loong walk to the train and then the walk home from there and just pay for a cab when I got to Seattle.  But, one foot in front of the other, a cab seemed too complicated and I managed to make it home just fine.

The house was fine.  My neighbor Ann left me a note that Amira (the house cleaner) hadn't emptied the trash.  Isn't 75 years old a little old for tattle telling????!!!!  And, did she think I wouldn't see it myself?  Plus, Amira was not SUPPOSED to empty the trash. And, of course, I had been home 5 minutes when she came in to tell me in person.  I appreciate Ann's feeding Betty and getting the mail but I do not appreciate her going out of her way to share her thoughts and opinions about people she thinks are beneath her.  UGH.  I hope she gets busy with things other than me very soon.

I am glad to be home and I might not even unpack my bag until tomorrow.  Nothing in there has to come out today.

It was a wonderful time.

Over all, I think the things that impressed us the most were tiny HDMI cables an WiDi (which neither of us had every heard of).

We discussed our game plan for next year.  We'll start with the Intel booth (before it gets crazy busy) and make sure to see the stuff at the Venetian on Day 1.  Day 2 is just too crowded to do anything fancy.  We'll just wander around the convention center and go with the flow.

Some booth we stopped at yesterday took our picture and I like it.

Sounds like you had a great trip.

Is Betty happy you are home? Or the type to ignore you as punishment?

Oh, no, she's doing a little kitty happy dance. I fed her (kitty crack with her medicine in it) and she still loves me. She's the good kind to come home to,

Nice pic! Glad you had fun. The good thing about going year after year is that you know all the good and bad about the show and can customize your itinerary.

I LOVE hanging with my brothers. It has not happened enough in our adult years, but when it does ... it is memorable.

I am thrilled for the two of you.

Lovely smiling faces, by the way!

There such a sparkle from both of you! I am delighted that the convention was everything you wanted it to be. Listen to you ... already planning for next year!

HUGS!

Glad you got back safely and with minimal damage. I'll be back up in Naselle next week, so I'll climb up the hill, face north and wave HEY! :)

Nice pic of you and bro! That CES is a little too intimidating for me to ever go to but I'm glad you braved it and are able to give us full reports!!

Those little mini me dolls looked a bit creepy. Maybe they were cuter in person?

Definitely would not want to go to jail with your neighbor. Just saying.
